This carpet is a symbolic attempt to captivate time, retention of memories and the past of humankind. The centuries that passed away unfold before our eyes in two-dimensional format of a carpet pattern, as a figurative image of information layers of different periods of history.    By comprehending and analyzing practices, lifestyles, historical documents of previous generations, we are able to approach the future in a sensible and meaningful way. We create the future within the continuum that has roots in the past, yet every time weaving a new pattern, playing a different melody in the polyphony of life.
